Why Play Squash?

Squash is a fast, fun and dynamic sport that actively promotes fitness, coordination, agility and strategy. In addition to the multitude of physical benefits the game is renowned for, it also teaches discipline, self-motivation, respect for others and fair play – qualities all too-often neglected in other sports!

The Coolhurst Programme provides a safe, fun and structured environment for children of all ages to learn the game of Squash. Through a combination of on- and off-court work, the Academy provides a solid grounding in movement and coordination skills, through development of basic racket and ball skills to full court and competitive play. All abilities are welcome – the emphasis is on fun, friendly competition and development.

For those children wishing to go further and test their skills on the competitive Junior circuit within Middlesex and beyond, the Club also supports our elite Juniors with additional coaching and tournament preparation.

We also work with local Primary and Secondary schools to introduce new groups to the game of Squash. If you would like further information, please contact admin@coolhurst.co.uk
