Personal Training

As a gym member you will have access to the most qualified and experienced personal trainers in the area.

They specialise in corrective exercises (injury rehab and prevention) as well as strength and conditioning (fitter and stronger)

They have created a unique Assessment/ MOT which includes: Gait analysis (walking and running technique), flexibility, posture, muscle tone, strengths, weaknesses and nutrition. 

'Taster' and full assessments available.

Taster sessions, inductions, programme design, 1-2-1 and small group training can be provided.

Annual Membership:
Adults: £235
Juniors: £50

Gym membership fee is reduced if you also join the tennis and/ or squash sections.
Gym membership fee does not include cost of personal training sessions.
