The Studio at Coolhurst

Exercise Classes, including Yoga, Pilates, Body Toning etc. are held in The Studio.

Fees for all classes are charged by the individual class instructors.

Members or non-members wishing to hold classes in The Studio may be able to hire it at a cost of £15 per hour. Instructors must be fully insured. For details of available dates and costs, please contact  clubhousemanager@coolhurst.co.uk

The Coolhurst Studio Programme

The Coolhurst Studio boasts a full length and height mirrored wall, ballet barre and semi-sprung wood floor.  Class participants have access to our clubhouse facilities for changing toilets, serviced bar for hot and cold drinks, meals and snacks.

Female Body Tone

Stretching and exercises with weights to music, aimed at particular muscle groups to maintain strength and flexibility

Sybil Byrom and Claire are both Lotte Berke qualified. Sybil has been running classes at Coolhurst for over six years.

Sarah’s Pilates classes for Beginners and Intermediates

  • Tuesdays 9.30-10.30am and 11am-12pm
  • Fridays 9.30-10.30 and 11am-12pm

Classes need to be booked in advance (come along to one to see how you enjoy it)

Children’s Dance

Dance is an excellent way to focus a child’s energy, and fantastic physical exercise, but it also teaches them how to use their bodies in a purposeful manner.
