Courts
There are 4 courts, one of which is a glass back show court.
Types of membership
- Full members
- Mid-week members — play up to 5.30pm on week days
- 26 & under
- Junior (18 & under)

Booking Courts
Courts are bookable in 40 minute periods from 8.10 a.m. until 10.50 p.m. weekdays, 9.30 p.m. Saturdays, and 10.10 p.m. Sundays and Bank Holidays. There are three booking bands, depending on the day and time of play (£2.00, £3.00 and £4.00 currently).
Courts can be booked on-line at the Club’s web site (www.coolhurst.co.uk) or by using the touch screen in the Clubhouse. Details on using the system and crediting your account have been posted on the Club's web site under Court Booking, and by the touch screen. If you have any problems or queries, you can e-mail onlineadmin@coolhurst.co.uk for help or leave a message for the system administrator at 020 8340 6611.
You may book courts to play guests, but please remember to sign in your guest in the Visitors Book and pay the appropriate visitors fee. Guests may play a maximum of three times a year apart from weekdays before 5.30 p.m., when this restriction does not apply.

Club Leagues
The club leagues are not compulsory, but there is sufficient variety both in terms of players and standards that we recommend you enter them. It is certainly a good way to improve your game whilst making new friends at the same time.

The league consists of divisions of about five players. If you are not sure which league level you should start in, ask for an assessment at club night or from one of the coaches. Each league runs for one calendar month. You make your own arrangements to book games with your opponents. Promotion and relegation are based on points gained over the best of five games. Consult the notice board for full details of the club leagues rules and scoring system. Please note that as league games often take place after 5:30 p.m., the leagues are not open to mid-week members.
Club Teams and Tournaments
The club runs two Ladies’ and three Men’s teams, a Vet’s team and one Junior team, all in the Middlesex Squash League. A fixtures list is sent to all members at the beginning of the season and your support is always welcome.

Whatever your standard try to enter the various club tournaments - the Men’s and Ladies’ Club Championships, which are held in March, the Gareth Pugh Memorial Handicap in November and the Famous Fives competitions.
Juniors
Coolhurst Squash Juniors are making some changes. Beginning on Sunday the 8th of October, our Junior coaching session will move from 14.10-16.10 to the earlier slot of 10.10-12.10. The first hour, as before, will be for beginners/improvers and 11 and under, and the second hour for 12+. The fee remains at £3.00 per person. This is a great opportunity to make sure that Juniors start and improve their squash under the tutelage of Mike Elford, Level two squash coach and internationally ranked player.
