The Club is a great place not just to play tennis or squash but when you need a coffee and a quiet half hour, fancy a spot of lunch at extremely competitive prices or just want to read the Sunday papers and enjoy the very pleasant patio area – just come along.
The bar will always cater for business lunches or a family get together meal and remember that guests of members are always welcome.
Fancy a game of tennis or squash followed by a curry or a special meal – just speak to Sarah and we will do our best to make it a special evening.

The Coolhurst bar is at the heart of the club. The staff are there not just to serve drinks and food but to help with any matter concerning membership, lost articles, access to the gym or information regarding club events.
If in doubt ask at the bar and if they cannot help they will know someone who can.
The staff are all long standing and take pride in getting to know as many members by name as they can.
The bar managers Sarah Luther and Ray Vernon are always available either in person or can be contacted on 07961 442 991 when not at the club.
Food is available from the bar during opening hours including daily specials such as Spaghetti, a Chilli or a Pasta Dish – a selection of fresh crusty rolls or toasted sandwiches are always available. The daily menu includes jacket potatoes, fish and chips and roast chicken.
